A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your service total. There is a $10 late fee for arrivals 5–10 minutes late. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, a 50% fee will apply, and you will need to reschedule. I no longer accept Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Payments are accepted via cash or card through my booking app only. Alternative payment methods must be discussed prior to your appointment unless someone else is paying or in case of technical issues. Due to limited space, additional guests are not permitted unless discussed and approved beforehand! If you would like any adjustments or anything needs fixing, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. After 48 hours, adjustments will not be complimentary and refunds will not be issued. For all color services, please allow appropriate time in your schedule, as appointments may vary depending on the service. Thank you so much for respecting my time and policies💗
